At Castle Street Flowers, we aim to turn your fairy tale wedding or event into a reality. Getting married is one of the biggest days in anyone’s life and we take pride in contributing to make your day that extra bit special. Our creative experienced team can offer you the best advice on color combinations and which flowers are best to suit your theme and venue. We offer a personal no fee or obligation consultation service, where we can discuss your requirements and ideas, and together we can come up with something perfect for you. We offer our services at many venues in Hampshire, Surrey and surrounding areas. Venues that we are familiar with are; The Four Seasons Hotel, Northbrook Park, Cain Manor, Farnham House Hotel, Frensham Heights, Rivervale Barn, The Barn at Bury Court, Loseley park, Farnham Castle, Millbridge Court and many other local venues.

Please bring to the consultation anything that will assist us in making your flowers exactly how you imagine them. Bring images ripped out of magazines, your invitations, dress designs, fabric swatches, anything and everything!
We will recommend seasonal flowers that will complement the dress designs, offer advice on what style of arrangements and suggest clever ways of working around your budget. We will design different concepts for table decorations and give you unique ideas to consider.
All weddings and events are quoted for on an individual basis, as each wedding or event has a different requirement. Every quote is detailed with
descriptions or what we had discussed as well as the flower varieties and colours, decided upon.
You can expect to receive your quote within ten days of the consultation, we allow this time as we often need to check availability and research certain aspects to with your requirements.
The quote gives you an opportunity to sign off the brief and point out if we have misinterpreted something. We can make changes and send through
a revised quotation.
Once you are happy with the quote, please contact us and we will book your wedding date. A 20% deposit is required on booking the date along with signing our terms and conditions page. Full payment is required ten working days before the wedding. We prefer that these payments are credited to our bank account.
It is our expectation to hear from you in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding or event, please feel welcome to ring or email if there is anything you would like to add or change. We only ask that any changes are made up until a week prior to the wedding or event as we are normally unable at that point to change the order.
Terms and conditions
Please let us know if you would like us to send you our terms and conditions page prior to booking your wedding or event flowers with us. Term and conditions are to be signed and returned to us before any bookings are made.
We are happy for you to organise someone to collect the flowers from our shop, or we will deliver the flowers to you. We will personally deliver and set up arrangements required for venues, as we like to ensure everything arrives in the best possible condition, and if there is anything to be collected the next day this service is all included in the price. Delivery and collection services may incur an additional charge for venues that are not so local to us.
